My stay here was somewhat mixed. The room I had was nice and spacious, which made things comfortable. However, the service really fell short, especially at the front desk, where I encountered some unfriendly attitudes. Location-wise, being centrally located is a plus, but dining could definitely use some improvements, particularly in service speed. All in all, it offers decent value but there's room for significant improvement.

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, making for a comfortable retreat. The staff was friendly and eager to help, although I felt they could use a bit more training. The location in Umodzi Park offered plenty of space for walks and was conveniently close to the conference center. However, the dining experience was a letdown, especially with the limited a la carte options. The breakfast buffet was good but had its inconsistencies. Also, my Wi-Fi connection in the farther room was often unstable, impacting my business needs.
